Application Support Specialist
Our Support team provides full-scale support to our international customers. No matter the questions they may have, we always respond in detail, comprehensively and professionally. This includes the complete range of functionality of our software products. Questions may concern the installation of the software and its utilization in general, but may also refer to special projects. The solutions are often developed in cooperation with colleagues from different departments. Accordingly, work is varied and diversified.
Your Tasks
- In cooperation with the customer, develop application solutions for demanding, in-depth tasks, also beyond standard procedures
- Elaborate the solutions and communicate them to the customers
- Research and clarify technical matters with the involved departments
- Autonomously provide support for our complex and hard-to-explain software products
Your Profile
- University degree in a technical field of study (computer or information sciences, physics, mechanical engineering, engineering, mathematics, natural sciences, etc.)
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in the field of software, engineering, simulation or metrology
- Team player with a reliable and dedicated work style
- Self-confident and authentic manner in contact with the customer
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good German and English language skills in speech and writing
