• We want to see the person behind the application. Grades are important, but we all know a person and their talents are more than just a number. So don’t let grades deter you—let us know why you’re still the best fit for the job!
• Tell us what makes you special, what goals you are pursuing, what training you have completed, and what projects you have worked on so far (for students: your activities outside your studies, e.g., work-study program or internships, are very important!
• Are you completely involved in your current position and don’t have time for the perfectly crafted application? That’s OK! Tell us about yourself in your application e-mail and send us any documents you have at hand. A project list, links from community platforms you are active on (GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.)—anything that helps us get to know you better.
• Don’t forget your salary expectations and possible start date!

• You will receive a confirmation of receipt within 5-7 working days. From then on, our processes run at full speed!
• Your profile goes through the talent hiring and specialist departments and then the decision for the next step is made.
• If the outcome is positive, we usually start with a telephone interview to get to know you. If this is also positive, we will invite you to Heidelberg, where you will get to know other colleagues and/or the management. If you live abroad, we will replace the interview in Heidelberg with a web session.
• If all parties are on board, we will send you a contract offer and you can be our next great Voxelhero at Volume Graphics.
